TOP > High purity alumina TAIMICRON
"TAIMICRON" is high purity and ultra-fine ceramics powder that was produced on the 'Aluminum Compound Synthesis Technique' cultivated by TAIMEI CHEMICALS co., ltd.
"TAIMICRON" is high purity fine powder developed on the basis of synthesizing ammonium dawsonite NH4AlCO3(OH)2.
"TAIMICRON" will be suited for customer's needs and market demand on the account of widely products line-up, Alpha-alumina, transition alumina, amorphous alumina, boehmite, and other alumina based high purity compound, Produced by TAIMEI CHEMICALS co., ltd.
"TAIMICRON TM-D series" are ultra-fine and agglomerate-free powders with high purity of >99.99%
Because of these characters, these powder can density to near theoretical density at <1300 ˚C.
The sintered body has fine and homogeneous microstructure, and shows good performance in many Properties: strength, hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.
TM-DA and TM-DAR are much purer than TM-D and TM-DR, respectively.

"Transition alumina" series consist of Main phases of Gamma and / or Theta -alumina as main phase, respectively. Particle size of these powders is very fine, so these have large BET value and much high activity.

"TM-DS series" are spray-dried type of TM-D series produced for the purpose of pressing
or injection molding.
The properties of the typical grade are in table. We are also ready to prepare another grades on the customer's requests.
